🌳 Hike of the Week: The Snow Valley Loop Trail
The Snow Valley Loop, located in Springwater, Ontario, is a 7.8km loop trail that is generally considered easy to hike. It's popular for hiking and mountain biking, and is open year-round. The trail takes approximately 1 hour and 58 minutes to complete.
Also nearby is the Snow Valley Slopes Loop for those who want more of a challenge.
Parking is available at 1251 Snow Valley Road in Minesing.

🥘 Recipe of the Week: Canadian Butter Tarts

Can’t make it to this weekend’s butter tart festival? You can - and should - make your own! These mini pies are typically baked in a muffin tin and have a flaky crust filled with a gooey mixture of butter, sugar, syrup and egg. You can add any other items you love like raisins or nuts.
