🥘 Recipe of the Week: Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Tacos

Pork al pastor is a traditional Mexican dish that's cooked on a big vertical spit where the seasoned meat gets nicely charred on the outside. For this at-home spin, the pork is cooked in a slow cooker with pineapple, chipotle peppers, and onion until it's tender and easy to shred.
