Tuesday is family night at East Side Mario's Barrie North and East Side Mario's Barrie South.

Kids 10 and under receive a free kids meal with the purchase of an adult entrée priced at $19.99 or more. The promotion is available every Tuesday at both Barrie restaurants.

The kids menu includes familiar favourites like pasta, pizza and chicken fingers, making this an easy option if you have picky eaters.

Tuesday is also Kids Eat Free night at Kelseys Original Roadhouse - Barrie Bayfield and Kelseys Original Roadhouse - Barrie Mapleview.

Kids 12 and under receive one free kids meal with each adult entrée of $18.99 or more. There is a $2 donation to BGC Canada required for the offer, and it is dine-in only.

Kids can choose from options including burgers, mac and cheese, chicken fingers, pasta and cheese pizza, with a side, drink and dessert included.

Need a midweek dinner that doesn't involve cooking? Wednesday is Kids Eat Free night at Barrie's Swiss Chalet - Bayfield Street and Swiss Chalet - Barrie View Drive locations.

Kids receive a free kids meal with the purchase of an adult entrée. The promotion is dine-in only, and kids also get a toy from the restaurant's treasure box.

For a locally owned option, Cottage Canoe offers Kids Eat Free on Wednesdays from 4 p.m. to close as part of its weekly dinner specials.

Cottage Canoe has a cozy cottage-inspired atmosphere and a broad menu, so it's a useful option when the adults and kids all want something different.

Location: 453 Dunlop Street West.

Wok Box - Barrie offers one of the few kids-eat-free deals that runs on both Saturday and Sunday.

Purchase a regular box and receive one free kids meal. The child must be present, the promotion is in-store only, and participation can vary by location. The Barrie restaurant is currently listed as participating.

Sunday has the most Kids Eat Free choices in Barrie, including Symposium Cafe Restaurant Barrie.

Kids 12 and under eat free from 2 p.m. until close when an adult purchases a food item of $15.99 or more. Kids meals include a beverage plus a choice of fruit, brownie or sundae.

For every adult who orders a regularly priced entrée and beverage, one child age 12 or under receives a free kid-sized pasta and drink. For something a little different, Tequilazzo Restaurant & Bar on Cedar Pointe Drive offers Kids Eat Free on Sundays.

One free kids meal is available with each adult main dish. The offer was verified with restaurant staff in August 2026. Kids options include quesadillas, chicken tenders, fries and pizza.

Location: Unit 18, 15 Cedar Pointe Drive.

Sunday definitely gives families the most choice, with Wok Box, Symposium Cafe, Bacio Trattoria, St. Louis Bar & Grill and Tequilazzo all offering current Kids Eat Free promotions.

Tuesday is another strong option thanks to East Side Mario's and Kelseys, while Wednesday brings deals at Swiss Chalet and Cottage Canoe.

With the price of eating out adding up quickly for a family, keeping a few of these specials in your back pocket can make a restaurant night considerably more affordable.
